We are currently seeking an Experienced Chartered Accountant (OEC) to join a stable and modern fiduciary in Luxembourg. With around 50 employees and over 5 chartered accountants already in place, this fiduciary has built strong teams of experienced people. They are providing services such as accounting, tax, payroll, and advisory mostly for small and medium-sized companies in Luxembourg.
Due to their organic growth, this fiduciary has one of the best reputations on the Luxembourgish market and except for people that are leaving the company for their pension, they see almost no staff turnover.

Your Responsibilities | Chartered Accountant (OEC)

Depending on your specialties, you are managing a team of 5-6 junior and senior accountants that are working with the type of clients you are comfortable with ;
You are reviewing and approbating the work of your team members ;
Amongst the management responsibilities you have your own client portfolio to manage. Your client portfolio is mostly comprised of complex clients that needs a specific attention ;
Despite the fact that the fiduciary has a strong and stable client portfolio, you adopt a commercial approach with your clients in order to continue developing the turnover.

Profile and Career Path | Chartered Accountant (OEC)

You are registered or can be registered at the OEC in Luxembourg ;
You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a fiduciary, trust or a similar structure in Luxembourg ;
You speak fluent French and English. If you are comfortable with German or Luxembourgish, your salary package may be better, as you will have the ability to work with specific clients ;
In the past you have dealt with SOPARFIs and commercial companies.
