Are you currently looking for a small but growing company, that would be able to offer you your first position as a Manager? On behalf of a small fiduciary and family office company, we are currently looking for a Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager with at least 4 years of experience in Luxembourg.
The company differentiates itself by offering to its employees large bonuses, a close and highly involved management in order to always accompany the employees of the team. The company mostly offers services to SOPARFI, SPF, and Securitization companies. Every team member is working autonomously and are in direct contact with the clients of their portfolio. The position of Accounting Manager, is a newly created position, and as the company plans on doubling the size of the team in the next two years, they will be able to offer you exceptional career prospects in the short term.
Your Responsibilities | Junior Accounting Manager/Fiduciary/Family Office
As a Manager, you are responsible for the review and the coaching of a small team (4 employees) ;
You are still involved and have to manage your own client portfolio of complex clients (bookkeeping, direct and indirect tax returns, preparation of balance sheets, various advices,…);
You are responsible for the internal coordination with the legal, the tax team and other entities ;
As the company is looking for ambitious candidates, you will participate in various client meetings and will be involved in the business development of the company.
Profile and Career Path | Junior Accounting Manager/Fiduciary/Family Office
You hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting ;
You already have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an accountant in Luxembourg, preferably with a client portfolio comprised of financial companies ;
You speak fluent English. French or any other European languages would be considered an asset ;
Entrepreneurial mindset is mandatory ! The company is looking for people that will participate in their development.
Offer | Junior Accounting Manager/Fiduciary/Family Office
A gross salary per year up to 60.000€ ;
Meal vouchers(10.80€) ;
Bonus (up to 3 months salary) ;
A dedicated training plan (contractual), of minimum 1.000€/year ;
The company is located close to the train station, and will permit you to use public transport ;
As the company is working with modern tools, homeworking is allowed ;
