For an ambitious, young and growing fiduciary in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking a Relationship Manager Accounting / Senior Accountant to join their corporate department.
The company provides clients (PE/RE and Holding companies) with incorporation, accounting, tax, domiciliation and directorship services. They present themselves as a one stop shop fiduciary that wants to provide one of the best services on the Luxembourgish market. Indeed, this is one of the reasons why it is important for them to find a candidate with a great knowledge of the Luxembourgish market.
Within this group, you will be able to continue evolving as they can offer you interesting career prospects such as Senior Manager and Director positions on a long term vision. The group can also help you develop your technical knowledge by letting you access complex and interesting clients.
Your Responsibilities | Relationship Manager Accounting - Fiduciary
You are responsible for the daily bookkeeping of your own client portfolio.
You review a few junior accountants and are able to detect errors in the files of your team members.
As the first point of contact for your client, you are responsible for qualifying their needs and offering advice in case they have any questions regarding their accounting situation.
You are in direct contact with one of the Partners of the company, and are responsible for the reporting in due time.
Profile and Career Path | Relationship Manager Accounting - Fiduciary
You have a minimum of 4 years experience in Luxembourg, within a corporate service provider, a trust or a domiciliation company.
You are fluent in English. Any other European language would be considered an asset as there are more than 10 nationalities represented in the company.
You already have had an exposure to Holdings / PE/RE clients.
You have a great knowledge of Lux Gaap and ideally IFRS.

The company can offer you a tailor made training plan in order to help you in your evolution, which includes the possibility to become a Chartered Accountant if you would like.
The salary package will be comprised of a gross salary up to 65.000€ gross/year, meal vouchers and a parking spot.
A discretionary bonus twice a year, depending on your performance and the results of the company.
