This small yet modern fiduciary which was created several years ago, is currently looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join its team of less than 10 people.
Over the years, the fiduciary has had the chance to grow a stable clientele composed of Holding companies and institutional clients, which they assist in terms of accounting, tax, legal compliance and transfer agency services.
We had the chance to meet the Partner in his offices, who explained to us that he values being able to share his expertise with the new generation which is why he is always happy to help his employees. He finds it important to invest in his employees’ training, which is why he is happy to pay several trainings such as the OEC, Cycle A, Cycle B and so on.
For this reason, he also offers a certain career evolution to those who want it which is why you can for example become manager in the next few years if you want to.
However, he also cares about offering a certain well-being : this is why there are no additional hours in this fiduciary and you will never feel like you have a lack of balance. Also, this fiduciary is easily accessible by public transportation (bus, tramway etc.) so you can take full advantage of the free accommodations in Luxembourg.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Accounting – Fiduciaire
You are responsible for the management of your client portfolio which will be mainly comprised of Holding companies.
You prepare and establish the financial statements and are in regular contact with your clients to keep them updated on their financial situation and evolution.
You also take on the preparation of tax returns and VAT returns.
Your clients can always count on you when they have questions and you care about developing longstanding relationships/collaborations with them.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Accounting – Fiduciaire
For at least 2 years, you have been working as an accountant in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg and have been able to handle Holdings/SOPARFI.
Fluency in English is mandatory and is also the vehicular language spoken between colleagues and with clients. You will be in contact with many American clients.
Experience in a Big Four will be considered an advantage but is certainly not required.
You are looking for a better work/life balance and want to join a fiduciary with very little overtime.

You will be rewarded by a comprehensive salary package including a gross annual remuneration up to €60.000 to which meal vouchers and two bonuses per year will be added.
