Our partner is a prestigious PFS that offers services such as accounting, tax, legal administration and domiciliation for regulated funds (SIF, UCITS, RAIF…). This young PFS would like to develop its portfolio in order to become a major actor in the fund industry in the years to come.
However, the PFS benefits from a diversified client base because even if the main objective is to develop the fund department, they also have a strong portfolio composed of SOPARFI clients, securitization vehicles, PE/RE and commercial companies.
Composed of 40 people, the PFS would like to continue its growth but would still like to offer a quality-oriented service to its clients. The founder of the PFS is also kind and helpful, as he always wants all employees to feel good in the structure. He takes care of organizing multiple team buildings to improve the team spirit and wants all employees to benefit from flexible hours and homeworking, to improve their work-life balance and feel happy in the structure.
By working from home one day a week, in addition to great flexibility, barely any overtime and the chance to work part-time (80%), you are sure to join a PFS in which your well-being comes first.
Meanwhile, all clients are quite interesting and these files will allow you to increase your technical level to become more and more efficient and autonomous. Of course, with time, you can also fully take advantage from the career prospects offered such as the opportunity to become manager in time. Also, regular trainings will ensure your technical growth on a continuous basis.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Accountant – PFS – Luxembourg – Funds – Fund Accounting

The Senior Fund Accountant will be responsible for the calculation of the Net Asset Value on a quarterly and annual basis. As the Senior Fund Accountant will be autonomous in his or her portfolio, he or she will be in charge of reviewing the NAV calculation from less experienced accountants.
As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be involved in the development of the fund department. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and offering them a high-quality service.
Moreover, you will be in charge of supporting your Manager Fund Accounting in his daily tasks. Of course, he will support you in your daily work as well.
Finally, you will respect all deadlinesfor all your client portfolio composed of regulated funds. The prestigious clients are used to receiving an outstanding service from the PFS, and this is something that you want to withhold.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Accountant – PFS – Luxembourg – Funds – Fund Accounting

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Fund Accountant in a Big Four or PFS based in Luxembourg. Experience in a financial service provider is mandatory for the role.
You have already had the opportunity to work on a portfolio composed of regulated funds in an autonomous way.
You would like to be fully involved in the development of the client base of the PFS. You are proactive and happy to help the team advance as a whole!
To be efficient and feel good in the PFS, good knowledge of French and English is required.

You will receive an attractive salary up to € 85.000 gross per year, in addition to a discretionary bonus and meal vouchers (€10.80).
