We have the great pleasure to assist this very prestigious and modern PFS in its search for a Teamleader Accounting. These past few years, the structure has had the opportunity to grow continuously on the Luxembourgish market. As a result, it provides a one stop shop concept to its clients, composed of Securitization Vehicles, Soparfi, Holdings and investments on an international scale.
Although the PFS cares about integrating motivated people that are passionate about the accounting sector, it is also important for the company to combine this with a comprehension for everyone’s personal situation and needs.

Your Responsibilities | Manager Accounting – Fiduciary – PSF - Accountant
You are primarily in charge of reviewing the tasks prepared by the less experienced accountants (from junior to senior) such as the booking of invoices, tax and VAT returns and financial statements.
You are also operational on your own portfolio composed of Securitization Vehicles and SPV.
You are the main contact person for clients and third parties, and offer advice in accordance with the high standards and professional image of the fiduciary.
You make sure that deadlines are respected, you delegate the tasks to your team members and sure that internal procedures are followed.
Profile and Career Path | Manager Accounting – Fiduciary – PSF - Accountant
As a Teamleader Accounting, you are able to show proven experience of minimum 6 years in a fiduciary, PFS or Big Four in Luxembourg. You also already have experience with supervising a team.
You are highly experienced on a portfolio of Securitization vehicles and SPV and are eager to continue your evolution working with international clients.
You are fluent in English and ideally have a good level of French, although this is not mandatory.
Evolving in your skills and the hierarchy of the PFS is important to you, which is why you are motivated and do not want to stagnate in your function.

You will enjoy an attractive salary package which can reach € 90.000gross/year (depending on your level of experience) with meal vouchers (€10.80) and a bonus.
No micromanagement in this PFS, as trust is one of the structure’s core values and its objective is to offer autonomy and a certain sense of freedom to each employee.
Working in the heart of Luxembourg city, in offices that are easily accessible by public transport, means that you can fully enjoy the convenience of taking the train or bus.
You will have the opportunity to work from home on a weekly basis, and also enjoy a flexible working schedule allowing you to start as early as 7 AM.
