We are pleased to assist a prestigious investment firm in recruiting a (Senior) Compliance Officer. The investment firm’s 50 employees work across 4 distinct divisions: the corporate governance, compliance, accounting and tax divisions.
The company provides a number of services with a focus on non-regulated investment vehicles for all the entities of the group domiciliated in Luxembourg. Its vibrant and extremely diversified workforce works together in a close-knit team environment to sustain operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS
You will be involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures, implementing the compliance framework while respecting all regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for internal control matters, ensuring that your colleague who ensures first line of defense is supported. You will also report your findings to the Head Of and inform them on operational risk.
As you are aware of the latest regulatory developments, you update AML procedures and policies accordingly.
Although this role does not involve a lot of KYC, you may still be involved in reviewing KYC files from time to time.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal – Regulatory – PSF - PFS
With between 3 and 7 years of experience as Compliance Officer in a PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four or similar environment, you have acquired a great sense of autonomy.
You have been exposed to SPV and/or investment funds.
A fluent command of English is required. Any other language, such as French, will be a plus.
You have an excellent understanding of the regulatory environment in Luxembourg.
You are seeking for a structure that supports your technical growth in a healthy workplace, allowing you to deepen your skills on a daily basis.
A Bachelor’s degree or any other degree related to Finance or Compliance will be an additional asset.
