We have the chance to support an expanding PFS that is looking for a (Senior) Corporate Officer to join its structure created numerous years ago and located in Cloche d’Or.
The location of the company, near all commodities, will allow you to benefit from a very good accessibility whether you use public transport, saving you precious time, or when taking the car as you will not have to spend hours being stuck in traffic jams. Free parking is also available nearby.

The PFS offers a one stop shop concept to its clients as it assists them with accounting, tax, compliance, domiciliation and corporate/legal services. In this structure of 40 people, you will easily be integrated as regular team activities are organized such as a Christmas party, team buildings and a summer barbecue.
Furthermore, the structure offers everyone the possibility to follow regular internal as well as external trainings allowing them to evolve in terms or technical skills or even in the hierarchy.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Legal – Corporate Officer – Funds – PSF - PFS

You will be able to handle your own client portfolio autonomously from the incorporation to the liquidation : this involves stakeholder modifications, entity name changes, the publication of the annual accounts, opening of bank accounts and much more.
You will have the opportunity to interact with lawyers, notaries, banks since liaising with third parties will be part of your responsibilities.
You will work on a portfolio of Alternative Investment Funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.

You should have at least three years of experiences as Corporate/Legal Officer in a relevant structure (Fiduciary, PSF, ManCo, Big Four).
Fluency in English is required, and will be sufficient. A good command of French, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
You are looking for an opportunity that will offer you the chance to keep learning and keep improving your skills since this is an important criteria for you and you are driven.
You have had the opportunity to handle a portfolio of Alternative funds and you have acquired a good level of autonomy.

For this PFS, it is critical to offer its collaborators a real work-life balancethanks to flexible hours or even a part-time (80%) contract. Homeworking is also implemented in the structure, following the applicable conventions in place for cross-border workers.
You will have the chance to end your day as early as 4.30 PM and enjoy the rest of your day with your family or simply relax at home.
An attractive gross salary up to € 66.000 is offered to which you can add meal vouchers (€10.80) and an annual bonus. Of course, as you grow in the structure and your skills, your salary will be revised at that time as well.
