Our team is privileged to assist a fiduciary located in Cloche d'Or, in the hiring of their next Compliance Manager.
The global presence of the structure offers an international business environment and great perspectives. The group is presently developing its operations in Luxembourg. Thus, as the team is growing, a Manager will oversee a human-sized team while expanding services and improving operations.
The client base of financial institutions keeps a team of around 15 individuals engaged. While working for a collection of SOPARFI/holdings, funds, and real estate companies, the team provides Bookkeeping, Corporate, Domiciliation and Reporting Services.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance Manager - Fiduciary– Legal - Regulatory – AML – KYC - RC

You supervise, initiate and update AML/CFT/Compliance procedures and Risk Management strategies.
You oversee the Compliance Team, distribute missions, and drive successful reporting, and remediation plans. These include cross-over functions with other business units.
Development, monitoring, and updating of Company policies and practices in accordance with CSSF regulations and recommendations.
Assistance in identifying, reviewing, and reporting relevant KPIs to the Board of Directors. This includes the identification of process improvements, innovative services and optimizing operations.
You compile and present thorough reports for the Board of Directors and serve as CSSF-certified RC for the fiduciary.
Participation to both internal and external audits and acting as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities (e.g. CSSF).

You possess at least 6 years of industry experience in Luxembourg (Fiduciary, ManCo, PSF or Big Four).
You have in the past served as acting RC and possess a thorough understanding of the Luxembourgish Regulatory Environment (AML framework & risk management).
You master English and French. Any additional languages are seen as additional assets.
Your career has exposed you to high-quality service delivery and you self-identify as a customer-centric professional.
Your organized and decisive nature adds dimension to the leadership skills you have honed along the way and you are looking for the next big challenge in your career.
