We are currently assisting our long standing partner, an internationally renowned PFS, based in Luxembourg close to the Belgium border in their searches for their future Compliance Officer to join their existing to support business development.
Our partner provides to its clients its expertise in Accountancy, Fund Administration, Corporate and Compliance with their internal departments that represents about 30 collaborators, which will allows you to be in contact with a diversity of profiles and be able to learn from everyone for your own satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal - AML – CFT - KYC

Upon your daily responsibilities, you will be involved in the examination of your existing and new clients legal documentation with regards to AML/CFT and KYC analysis to establish risk assessment.
In close collaboration with the Compliance Manager, you will be able to be involved in the implementation and updates of internal policies and procedures to ensure an excellent compliant ethic.
As Compliance officer, you will have to identify and mitigate risks and be responsible to report it to your management.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – Compliance – Legal - AML – CFT - KYC

At least two years of experience within a structure based in Luxembourg, preferably a Fiduciary, PFS or ManCo.
Excellent commands in English is required. Any additional language would be considered as a plus.
Ideally, you had obtained a Law degree related to compliance matters and have a good knowledge of the industry and applicable regulations in Luxembourg.
