We are pleased to assist a prestigious business partner in recruiting an additional Corporate Assistant. The investment firm’s 50 employees work across 2 distinct divisions: the corporate/legal division and the accounting division.
The company provides a number of services with a focus on non-regulated investment vehicles for all the entities of the group domiciliated in Luxembourg. The teams provide accounting, tax, compliance, corporate and domiciliation services. Its vibrant and extremely diversified workforce works together in a close-knit team environment to sustain operational excellence.
During our first meeting, we had the opportunity to meet part of the team. The highly competent Head of Legal indicated that she was fulfilled working in such a diverse and cohesive work environment. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Assistant – Corporate – Legal – Finance


  • You make sure to assist the legal team with collecting signatures, preparing shareholder meetings and drafting its minutes.

  • You assist in preparing board packs as well for the board meetings.

  • You publish all relevant modifications to the Trade Register (RCS/RBE) such as annual accounts, shareholder changes and so on.

  • You are in charge of liaising with banks and other third parties, and collecting and handling the correspondence.

  • You will have exposure to standard AML/KYC tasks such as making sure all necessary documentation such as bank forms is correctly completed and collected.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Assistant – Corporate – Legal – Finance


  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience as Corporate Assistant / Legal Assistant within a financial service provider (PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four), a Law Firm or asset manager in Luxembourg.

  • You feel comfortable in English, knowledge of French will be an asset but is not a must.

  • You would describe yourself as a well organized person who appreciates being able to support his/her colleagues and being of real added value to the teams.

  • A BTS or Bachelor degree is asked for this position. A Master degree does of course also qualify.

  • You are interested in joining a quite prestigious company and reflecting this image by your diplomatic and professional approach.

  • Up to 50.000€ gross per year (in line with your experience) to which you can add meal vouchers of €15, a pension plan, a health insurance policy for your entire family and a bonus.
