We are currently assisting our long-term partner, a stable and human-sized Family Office in their search for an experienced and motivated Corporate Legal Manager.

As a Legal Manager, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of the legal team and optimizing the internal processes, while also handling your own client portfolio so you are not detached from the operational part.
Lastly, you will get to work in modern offices that are easily accessible from France and Belgium, either by public transportation or car. Of course, as a Luxembourgish resident this will also allow you to shorten your daily commute.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Manager – Corporate – Family Office


  • You make sure to handle the daily legal administration of your own client portfolio of Soparfi/Holdings, from the constitution to the liquidation.

  • A few of your responsibilities include organizing the board and shareholder meetings, publishing the accounts on the business register and preparing legal documents for example relating to mergers and liquidations.

  • You ensure a good relationship and communication with banks, notaries, auditors and the Luxembourg authorities.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Manager – Corporate – Family Office


  • You have 5 years of experience or more as a Legal/Corporate Officer in a Family Office, Fiduciary, PSF, Law firm, Holding or ManCo in Luxembourg.

  • You have had the opportunity to handle your own client portfolio from the constitution to the liquidation, this one being composed of financial companies.

  • Fluency in French and English is required for this position, though you will get to work in a French speaking environment and speak this language with your colleagues.

  • Personality wise, you would describe yourself as a dynamic and open person that will easily adapt to a human-sized team in which good communication is always essential.

  • A university degree in Law, and/or training certifications related to the Luxembourg legal field will be considered a real asset in your application.

  • As a Legal Manager, your annual salary can reach € 90.000 gross per year depending on your experience, to which you can add meal vouchers, an annual bonusand a parking spot.
