Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer / Paralegal – Legal – Fiduciary

You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of commercial companies, Soparfis or PERE.
You will be the point of contact for all legal issues relating to Luxembourg companies.
You will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of clients.
Preparing board meetings will be part of your daily routine as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and other company documents.
You will be involved in organising company incorporations, mergers and liquidations.
You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer/ Paralegal – Legal - Fiduciary

You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF, or service provider in Luxembourg.
You have a good team spirit which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.
You have already managed a client portfolio of commercial companies, holding companies.
You have a degree in the legal field and you are passionate about the legal environment.
You are motivated, dynamic and organisedby nature and you like to be rigorous.
In addition to English, you have a good level in German.

You will work in a professional and pleasant environment with modern offices, which will allow you to feel at ease and comfortable.
To enable everyone to improve their language skills, you will be offered regular English and French lessons, once a week.

You will be able to earn an attractive salary of up to 63,000€ gross per year, an attractive salary for this position compared to the average, which will allow you to have more purchasing power.
You will receive meal vouchers worth 10.80€,which you can use for shopping or dining at restaurants.
