We are currently collaborating without our esteemed partner, an Asset Management Company, in the context of their open vacancy for a Corporate Officer.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Asset Manager – Corporate – Legal
In your daily responsibilities, you will have to manage, with full autonomy, the lifecycle of the entities in your portfolio, from their constitution to their liquidation.
You will be involved with the board meeting preparation and organization, as well as taking minutes and drafting legal documentation (board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, articles of incorporation and so on).
As a Corporate Officer, you will be named the main point of contact with external stakeholders such as banks, lawyers, notaries and competent jurisdictions.
Additionally, you will take care of filings to the Trade Register (RCS) and internal communications with the other departments.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Asset Manager – Corporate – Legal
At least three years of experience as Corporate Officer or in a similar position is required for this open vacancy. This should be within an Asset Management Company, PFS, Fiduciary or a Law Firm.
You should have a solid knowledge of local and European laws and regulations, meaning that you are fully independent in your daily responsibilities.
For this position, the candidate needs to have a very good command of German and English (read, written, spoken). Indeed, all employees are German native speakers and this will also make your integration in the team much easier.
