We are currently collaborating with an independent service provider in Luxembourg, in their search for an experienced Corporate Officer.
The company located not far from the Glacis Square, is providing high quality services such as the incorporation and domiciliation of companies, accounting, tax and corporate services to a wide range of clients. Having built their reputation on high standards, they now have a strong and stable client base and will provide you with interesting and complex file, that you will handle hand in hand with one of the Partners of the company.
Medium-sized, with around 50 employees, the company chooses to grow slowly but surely in order to provide all employees with the necessary help and tools. Choosing to focus on quality instead of volume, they have stable teams of experienced employees. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer/Paralegal/Independent

In a small team of 10 people, supervised by one of the Partners, you will closely cooperate with other department (accounting, tax and compliance), in order to ensure that all information are accurate ;
Prepare and organize shareholders and boards meetings ;
Preparation and maintenance of share registers ;
Close contacts with third parties (notaries, tax authorities, banks, governmental institution, and the CSSF) ;
Monitoring of the compliance of the files from the incorporation to the liquidation.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer/Paralegal/Independent

At least 1 – 5 years of experience in Luxembourg, within a similar position ;
You speak English fluently, any other languages are considered an asset ;
Sound knowledge of SOPARFI and regulated vehicles (PE/RE) ;
Team spirit is considered as something that is more important than your technical skills !
You are willing to develop yourself, and not afraid of following up external trainings.

Offer | Corporate Officer/Paralegal/Independent

· You will be joining a company close to Glacis square, with the possibility to get a parking spot ;

· Gross salary per year, up to 58.000€ depending on your experience and competencies ;

· Discretionary bonus based on your performance, up to two months salary
