Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary

You will work on interesting files for a client portfolio consisting of commercial companies and PERE.
As a corporate officer, you will carry out tasks from incorporation to liquidation.
You will be in charge of the preparation of board meetings and, depending on the needs, you will open bank accounts.
You will be responsible for the drafting of various legal documents.
You will publish the annual accounts to the RCS and take care of the administration of the liquidations.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary

You have between 2 and 6 years’ experience in a fiduciary, PSF, holding company or in a service provider in Luxembourg.
You ideally have a legal or a finance degree.
You have a good level in English and in French, but German will be a strong asset.
You are an energetic person who likes to give the best of yourself and go the extra mile.

You will be able to earn an attractive salary of up to 63,000€ gross per year depending on your experience.
