The company assists a loyal client base with all types of activities, both financial and commercial companies, and that are either present locally or that have an international dimension. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – PSF - Corporate

You are in charge of publishing the annual accounts on the Trade Register (RCS).
You prepare the board meetings and shareholder meetings and draft the minutes.
You open the bank accounts for your clients and handle all communication with the banks.
You liaise with third parties such as auditors, notaries as well as with your clients, once you feel comfortable enough to handle the direct contact with them.
You will work in a binome system with the Head of the corporate department, who will happily share his knowledge and skills with you.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – PSF - Corporate

You have at least 1 year of experience as a corporate/legal officer in a fiduciary or PSF in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. You are also happy to join an English speaking environment.
You ideally obtained a Bachelor degree in Law and are eager to follow trainings and learn from very experienced colleagues, in order to quickly grow in your autonomy.
It is important for you to join a team where everyone gets along well and team spirit is key.

An attractive salary package based on your technical level and previous experience, that can reach up to 4.000€ gross per month with meal vouchers (€10.80) in order to pay your lunch or do your groceries, and an annual bonus based on your performance.
If you are a Belgian cross-border worker, you will be very happy to shorten your commute by working in Mamer and having a parking spot at your disposal. It is located close to the train station, so you will also have the possibility to take public transport to work!
The offices are located in a residential area so you will avoid the hectic atmosphere of the city. The offices are quite modern and very luminous, allowing you to evolve in a comfortable environment.
Work from home 1 day per week and enjoy a flexible work schedule, allowing you to organize your day as best as possible.
