With a line of services oriented towards Accounting, Tax Advisory and Fund Administration, the PFS serves financial entities such as SOPARFI/HoldCos, Securitization Vehicles and AIFs. The team of under 15 professionals works diligently to provide a stellar service quality. Thus, great value is put on coaching and training new recruits. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PFS – Corporate – HoldCos - AIF – Legal
As part of a team of seasoned professionals, you will be responsible for handling a series of administrative and legal tasks for a collection of Corporate Structures (SOPARFI, HoldCos) and Investment vehicles (Securitization Vehicles and AIFs). These responsibilities entail and are not limited to:
Following on the chronology of statutory changes of the entities of the portfolio and ensuring filing with the RCS.
Supporting Seniors of the team delivering services to clients of the firm by assisting with proceedings across entities’ life cycles. This includes the drafting of legal deeds, the tracking of signatures, etc.
Organizing board and shareholder meetings. You may very well to assist and will be responsible for producing the cascading board minutes and resolutions.
Providing support in terms of fundamental compliance procedures, including the preparation of statutory forms.
Bridging communications between the firm’s clients, the teams (Compliance & Accounting) and the third parties involved in your portfolio transactions and operations. These are typically: Banks, Lawyers and Notaries, but also auditors and the CSSF.

You possess at least one year of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg. You have ideally been previously employed by a PSF, Fiduciary, Management Company, or Big Four service provider.
You are fluent in English and master French (both spoken and written).
You have ideally already been exposed to working with AIF structures, if not yet, you possess an interest in learning more about the field.
You are open-minded, service-oriented and self-motivated and are looking for a human-sized company to grow your career.
