Your Responsibilities | Corporate – CoSec – Legal Officer – Finance – Law
You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt.
You will draft, review and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, resolution and minutes.
It will be asking you to manage board meetings.
Working closely with the accounting team for board minutes resolution.
You will follow up on transactions such as capital increases, distributions, mergers, and liquidations, ensuring all legal and administrative procedures are handled correctly.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – CoSec – Legal Officer – Finance – Law
To understand your new environment, you have at least 4 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar setting such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager in Luxembourg.
You are comfortable managing SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt, enabling you to oversee your portfolio efficiently.
Fluency in English is essential to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties. Any additional language is a strong asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required to handle board meetings, draft legal documents, and collaborate with different departments.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach will help you excel in this dynamic role.
