Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer | Financial Controller | Legal| PFS
The main of your duties entail financial controlling. You will be in charge of updating cash flow files and tracking client invoices. You will ultimately be processing and validating invoices for payments but also for funding relocations within the entities of the group.
The remaining fraction of the function consists in managing a portfolio of client entities while closely coordinating activities from incorporation to liquidation with the other team members. These include Senior Corporate Officers, your Corporate Manager, as well as the Head of the department.;
You plan and initiate Corporate Body meetings and may be asked to assist (e.g.: shareholder meetings, general board assemblies );
You liaise activities between your clients, the internal teams, but also third parties including banks, regulators, etc.
Part of your responsibilities entail drafting a plethora of legal documentation such as board minutes, circular resolutions, shareholder agreements, memos and reports on legal issues among others;

You possess at least a year of consecutive experience in the domain. Previous experience in Luxembourg as Corporate Officers for ManCos, Service Providers (PFS & Fiduciaries) are expected.
You master English fluently and possess great communication skills (written & oral). Any additional languages such as French, German, and Luxembourgish are highly appreciated too.
You pride yourself in your excellent organization skills and your open and positive outlook makes for great teamwork this PFS will be an optimal work environment.
