Headquartered in the heart of Luxembourg’s City district, our partner a stable and human-sized Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) is recruiting a Corporate Officer to strengthen its ranks.

The leadership of this PFS is adamant about providing high-standard services in the areas of Accounting, Corporate Governance and Fund Administration among other activities. The focus is set on an international clients list and a diverse portfolio, including SOPARFI/HoldCos, AIFs and securitization vehicles, etc. This diverse portfolio is the perfect opportunity to broaden your skillset while deep-diving into more technically intricate cases.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PFS – Legal – HoldCo - Private Equity – Real Estate
As part of your work, you will be responsible, in collaboration with the Senior members of the team, for managing a portfolio of clients from incorporation to liquidation. The collection of entities is for the most part comprised of SOPARFI/HoldCos and securitization vehicles active in the PE/RE sector.
You will take steps to legally administer these businesses (change of registration office, adjustments and increases in capital, filing with the RCS, and so on). You will produce/draft legal papers pertaining to your clients' daily instructions
You prepare and organize general meetings and shareholder meetings and may be asked to assist. The cascading legal documentation such as board minutes falls under your responsibility.
You bridge interactions between internal departments, notaries, lawyers, auditors, the relevant authorities and your clients.

We are looking for talents with at least one year of experience in a similar structure (PSF, Fiduciary, or ManCo) and role in Luxembourg.
You master English on a proficient level and feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders through oral and written communication on a daily. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

As a Corporate Officer, you may expect to earn up to €60.000 gross per yearin salary (depending on your previous experience and competence), on top of 18 meal vouchers at a face value of €10,80 and a yearly bonus for added purchasing power.
