Our partner works with mainly international clients and offers to solve the most complex problems in the field of domiciliation and company administration. The company advises, assists and acts in the following areas of activity: Accounting and tax consultancy, domiciliation, compliance and corporate services for financial companies such as SPVs, SOPARFI and AIF.

Your Responsibilities | German Corporate Officer – Fiduciaire – Legal - Corporate

The client portfolio you will have to manage will be composed of financial companies, such as SOPARFI and SPVs. You will have to manage the process from the incorporation to the liquidation.
Clients will be able to rely on you for all legal questions relating to the legal lifecycle of their company and the Luxembourg legislation.
Depending on your experience, you may be asked to review junior corporate officers and to be the first point of contact if they have questions.
You will have direct contacts with notaries, public authorities, banks and other third parties.

Profile and Career Path | German Corporate Officer – Fiduciaire – Legal - Corporate

You have already worked for an Asset Management Company, PFS or a Fiduciary for 2 to 5 years as a Corporate Officer.
You have already worked with a semi-important level of autonomy on a client portfolio of SOPARFI and SPV.
You ideally have a degree in law or finance, although this is not mandatory.
You are motivated, dynamic and organized by nature and you like to be rigorous.
You are fluent in German and you are comfortable in English.

A salary of up to 64 000 € per year, depending on your skill set and level of experience which will be reviewed on an annual basis.
