For the internalized fiduciary of a renowned international finance specialist, our teams are recruiting a Senior Corporate Officer with at least four years of experience in Luxembourg.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary – SPV – Private Debt

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be in charge of the portfolio companies mainly in the Private Debt sector. This implies but is not limited to:
Completing corporate secretarial operations across entity life-cycle: Incorporation/constitution, annual accounts filings and reviews, dissolution, etc.
Being responsible for coordinating and reviewing the deliverables of a team of Corporate & Legal Officers (3), one Corporate Officer and one Corporate Assistant. Including the supervision and organisation of board meetings, shareholders’ meetings and the cascading legal documentation.
Chairing board meetings and shareholders’ meetings depending on workflow and complexity.
Bridging communications between your team, the accounting department and third parties involved in the business operations and transactions. The latter include notaries, legal counsel, banks, auditors and more.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary – Private Debt

You have had at least four years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a Fiduciary, PFS, ManCo or other service provider of the financial sector.
You possess a thorough understanding of Luxembourg’s Investment Funds industry. Experiences with unregulated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) are highly relevant for this function.
Exposure to the Private Debt sector would be ideal.
You possess an advanced level of English (oral and written). This is a prerequisite, as you will need to be comfortable communicating effectively in international business settings and navigating cross-cultural work environments.
Your organise, meticulous and collaborative spirit has so far made you successful. As a coach, you engage in situational leadership to fit the needs of your less experienced colleagues
