Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate

You will assist Senior Corporate Officers in corporate governance matters such as the publication on the RCS/RBE, the opening of bank accounts and the preparation of board meetings.
You will also be in charge of drafting board minutes, both in English and in German.
You will be exposed to a German speaking client portfolio with whom you will be able to be in direct contact once you have developed the necessary level of autonomy and experience.

A first experience or an internship as Corporate Officer in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg would be ideal for this position.
Fluency in English and German is an absolute prerequisite. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered an asset.
Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in the legal field? Then this will be a plus as well.
You want to integrate a fiduciary where your career objectives as well as your learning curve matter : For this reason, many internal and external trainings will be offered to you, so you can evolve in the hierarchy in the future.
