As a Legal & Compliance Manager, you will have the opportunity to handle a varied client portfolio (e.g. SPVs, Holdings, funds and a few commercial companies), while also managing your team and actively participating in the development of the PFS by working closely with the Partner.
The PFS is easily reachable because, in addition to being near the train station, you will also have the chance to reach the company by car. Indeed, it is quite easily accessible from most Luxembourgish and cross-border highways. Moreover, you will be part of a dynamic team that is happy to welcome a new member to the team with open arms. Everyone here gets along well because the communication is open and honest at all times.
Working in this fast, yet naturally, growing structure will allow you to develop your skills in a human-sized team of less than 10 people. You will always be able to count on the highly experienced Partner of the PFS to teach you new skills, but more especially, you will be at the head or your own department!
Your Responsibilities | Legal – Compliance – Manager – AML KYC
You handle all compliance and corporate matters for a diverse portfolio of clients which includes SOPARFI, SPV, and/or even commercial companies depending on your prior experience.
You manage a team of 2 more junior colleagues and assist with supervising them and reviewing their work.
You will be in charge of liaising directly with, and reporting to, the CSSF. You will also be in direct contact with other third parties such as auditors and banks.
You will also handle the internal compliance of the PFS and identify and review any changes to be made.

You have minimum 4 years of experience in the Legal and Compliance field in a PFS or Fiduciary located in Luxembourg.
You have an open personality allowing you to fit easily into a small team of less than ten people.
In this multicultural team, the vehicular language spoken is English. This language will also be necessary to communicate efficiently with your clients.
You ideally have a first experience with supervising a few juniors or reviewing their work as this will be one of your responsibilities.
You are autonomous in handling a portfolio of clients and have a good understanding of the applicable laws and regulations.

An attractive salary package which will be comprised of meal vouchers (€10,80) and a bonus will be added to a gross annual salary that can reach €90.000.
You will work for an independently owned PFS meaning that there is no pressure coming from the investors above and the decision-making is simple and fully handled by the partners.
Career prospects will be offered to you allowing you to have a gradually more important role in the company itself and develop your own department.
