Your Responsibilities | Legal Manager – ManCo – Management – Corporate – Real Estate Funds
Considering your daily responsibilities, you will be named responsible for your own portfolio management, mainly regulated investment vehicles (mainly Real Estate Funds) from their constitution to their liquidation.
You will be in charge of the supervision of juniors and will have to train and coach them in the production of their deliverables.
Board meetings preparation and the organization of board packs fall under your line of duty. You will have to delegate the drafting of minutes and maybe be asked to assist.
You will take care of contact with external stakeholders such as notaries, banks, and lawyers of administrations.

For this position, we are seeking a talent that has acquired at least eight years of a previous experience in Management roles within a PFS, ManCo Fiduciaries in Luxembourg.
You should have an excellent command of English (written and oral) allowing you to excel in an international workplace and interact effectively with involved stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of Luxemburgish Corporate Laws, Regulations, and finally a previous exposition to Real Estate Funds.
