We are currently assisting our partner, an investment firm located in the heart of the city center in its search for a Legal Officer.
You will join a structure of around 50 people that work closely together but in different teams such as Accountancy, Legal and Corporate and Tax or on financial entities (SPVs, SCSPs, SARLs,GPs) and funds (Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt). With a presence of more than twenty years in Luxembourg, it demonstrates the stability of its activities.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Officer – Corporate Officer – ManCo – Corporate
As a Legal Corporate Officer, you will handle the entities’ incorporations by preparing needed legal documentation (change of capital, status, seat…).
You will handle the organization and preparation of Board Meetings and other relevant general meetings and will be responsible for the minute drafting.
You will be requested to file relevant modifications and the annual accounts on the Trade Register.
You will work in close collaboration with Senior Corporate Officers and your Manager who will assist you in case you have questions and to evolve in your autonomy.

You have at least two years of experience in a similar position (Corporate/Legal Officer) and on a portfolio of investment funds within a Luxembourgish structure such as a Financial Service Provider, or Asset Manager.
You have an excellent command of English, enabling you to be fully independent in your exchanges with clients and colleagues.

Up to 67 000 €gross per annum could be offered to you by this structure (in accordance with your profile and experience).
