The fiduciary we have the privilege to accompany in their growing efforts is currently looking for its next Legal Relationship Manager.

The firm provides accounting, corporate administration, and domiciliation services for a collection of SOPARFIs/Holdings, SCSP, SPF and Securitization Vehicles. Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Legal – Corporate


  • You administer your own client portfolio and support each one of them along the entire entities’ lifecycle. This entails for example the gathering of legal documents and their thorough examination in terms of KYC and KYT analysis.

  • You organize board meetings, prepare shareholder meetings, produce the cascading legal documentation, and occasionally may be asked to assist.

  • You coordinate and direct interactions between your clients and the firm, but also third parties (banks, auditors, local authorities, lawyers, etc.)

  • You will contribute to the firm’s growth mainly by providing excellent customer service, but also by pro-actively proposing personalized client solutions to customers and prospect client.

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Legal – Corporate


  • You possess at least 3 years of experience on similar missions, within a service provider in Luxembourg (Fiduciary, PFS, Management Company, Big Four).

  • You possess excellent English skills in an international business setting but are also fluent in French for a seamless internal integration.

  • If you have experience in the management of securitization vehicles or unregulated funds, this could make the difference for this company.

  • Your salary is susceptible to reach 6000€ gross per month, depending on your academic parkour, your professional background, and the assessment of your technical skills.
