Your responsibiliities | Manager Corporate – PSF - Legal
Your mission will be to take charge of a client portfolio of domiciled funds.
You will be responsible for managing the process from the incorporation to the liquidation.
You will be responsible for opening bank accounts and organising and preparing board meetings.
You will draft the various legal documents such as minutes as required.
You will be the contact person for clients and third parties.
Taking minutes will be part of your duties.
Profile and Career Path | Manager Corporate - PSF - Legal
English is essential to join this PSF, German and French will be considered an asset.
You have 5 years of experience in a PSF, or in a service provider as a Corporate Officer.
A degree in Law, Economics or Finance will be an asset.
You are dynamic, you like to learn and you want to progress in the hierarchy.

Meal vouchers of 10.80€ will be given to you so that you can meet up with your colleagues in restaurants in a friendly atmosphere.
You will receive an annual bonus and health insurance.
You will have 30 holidays per year to allow you to travel around the world.
