Your Responsibilities | Manager Legal – Corporate – Law – Asset Manager

  • Considering your daily responsibilities, you will be named responsible for your own portfolio management, mainly regulated investment vehicles (mainly Real Estate Funds) from their constitution to their liquidation.

  • You will be in charge of the supervision of juniors and will have to train and coach them in the meeting their deliverables.

  • The preparation and organization of board meetings and board packs fall under your tasks. You will have to delegate the drafting of minutes and maybe be asked to assist to meetings.

  • You will take care of the contacts with external stakeholders such as notaries, banks, and administrations.

Profile and Career Path | Manager Legal – Corporate – Law – Asset Manager

  • For this position, we are seeking a talent who has acquired at least 10 years of experience in Luxembourg in the corporate/legal field, including several years in managing a team. This experience needs to be acquired in one of the following structures : Asset Manager/ManCo or PFS.

  • You have obtained a Master’s degree in Law – this criterion is essential for our partner.

  • You should have a very good command of English (written and oral) allowing you to excel in an international workplace and interact effectively with involved stakeholders.

  • You have thorough knowledge of Real Estate funds, and ideally Private Equity.

  • Currently, you are expecting to join an in-house position and are eager to build a long-term collaboration with your future employer to enjoy a stable professional career.
