Your Responsibilities | Manager – Transfer agency – Fiduciary – Finance – AIF – AML – KYC

As part of the team handling investment vehicles (AIF), you will be in charge of the daily management and supervision of the Transfer Agency team by :
Serving as the prime point of communication for investors and orienting their requests and treating their inquiries.
Producing and delivering documents to investors, such as holding statements, capital notices, contract notes, convening notices (for shareholder meetings), etc.
Supervising the processing of transactions orders, including transfers, redemptions, conversion and dividend distributions.
Gathering investor application forms, AML papers, etc., you start AML/KYT due diligence and obtain the appropriate documents from investors.
Organizing and directing ongoing AML investor evaluations.
Communicating with auditors and taking their requests for documentation from investors into account.

Profile and Career Path | Manager – Transfer agency – Fiduciary – Finance – AIF – AML – KYC

You have been operating as a transfer agent in Luxembourg for at least six years(with ManCo, PFS, the Big Four, or a bank).
You are able to express yourself effectively in written and spoken English.
Thanks to your years of experience, you have developed a solid understanding of alternative investment vehicles and hedge funds in particular.
You are well-versed in the AML/KYC & KYT systems, particularly as it relates to Luxembourg.
You have prior experience managing a team and serving as the go-to person for inquiries or assistance from members of your team.

Depending on your expertise, your annual gross compensation might be up to €75,000.
