We have the great pleasure to recruit a candidate for Managing Director position for one of our long-term partners, a human-sized fiduciary in Luxembourg.
The fiduciary cares about providing quality over quantity, which is why its development on the market has been organic. With its stable team in Luxembourg (composed of corporate officers, accountants, tax officers etcetera), you will benefit from all the advantages of a human-sized structure. This means that you will always feel listened to, decisions are taken quickly and you will not have the same organizational issues as in larger companies.
This structure provides a wide range of services for its financial clients from accountancy to compliance and corporate administration. Its client base mainly consists of SOPARFI/Holdings, SPV and securitization vehicles. Its project is to become PFS in the years to come, and also develop the investment fund client base.
Lastly, you will be at the head of the Luxembourg office, driving and leading the office in close collaboration with other Senior managers, who will report to you. On your side, you report to the Board and make sure they always know how the Luxembourg office is growing.

Your Responsibilities | Managing Director – Finance – Fiduciary - PFS
You will represent the fiduciary’s image on the market : this means that you will network by participating in events, fairs and play a key role in the growth of the entity in Luxembourg and its client base.
Your experience will also allow you to develop the marketing strategy of the fiduciary, which includes the visibility on social media and other presence.
You will report to the Board and ensure that they are aware of the day-to-day operations of the Luxembourg office.
As you have vast experience with team management, you will have no problem leading an office and collaborating with the other Senior managers and Head of departments of the fiduciary. They will report directly to you.
Profile and Career Path | Managing Director – Finance – Fiduciary - PFS
You can demonstrate at least 15 years of experience, with extensive experience in a Fiduciary, PFS or investment company in Luxembourg. Although if you have more experience than that, this will be an added value in your application.
You ideally also have experience in an international environment or company.
Specific experience in accounting or the legal field is not a must : You mainly have experience with commercial or business development, networking, marketing and team management.
You have a stable career path which shows your loyalty to an employer, and the fact that you have a long-term vision.
Fluency in French and English is an absolute prerequisite, any other language is a plus.
Your outgoing personality allows you to drive and lead an office.
If you can demonstrate your participation in the growth of the company’s annual revenue, this will also be an asset in your application.
