Currently, we are assisting our reputable partner, a PFS, in its search for their future MLRO/RC to join their existing and dynamic teams. By joining this structure, you will be part of their human-sized team made of around 30 skilled collaborators. These employees all have their own specialization such as accounting, tax, compliance or even corporate governance.
You will be in close contact with everyone in the company, even the top management, who are keen to get to know you and provide you with an admirable work environment. All teams communicate well with one another which has participated to the overall client satisfaction, and loyal client base. Indeed, the client base is composed of alternative investment funds as well as SOPARFI, so you will certainly be able to provide them with an added value.
You will have a key position in the compliance team of this leading PFS and also report directly to the Board of Directors. Lastly, although you will have varied and important responsibilities, this will not negatively impact your work/life balance. The combination of limited overtime, regular work from home days and flexibility will offer you the balance you are seeking.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Responsable du Contrôle – PSF – MLRO – AML/KYC

As MLRO/RC, you will be involved in maintaining an internal compliant framework in terms of procedures and policies related to AML/KYC and CFT.
As mentioned above, you will provide the Board of Directors with regular reports on an AML/CFT level.
Additionally, you will conduct internal trainings for the staff members in order to make sure everyone has the requirements to respect the compliant policies.
Then, you will be asked to prepare reports for the Luxembourgish regulator.

In line with your previous experience, you have at least acquired 5 years of experience within PFS/Manco companies. You are also an approved RC, or in the course of being approved soon.
We are looking for candidate that is fluent in English and in Frenchto make the communication with internal and external stakeholders easier.
You have strong managerial and leadership skills, making you the perfect fit for this role with varied responsibilities.

Depending on your previous experiences and your technical level, our partner is willing to offer you an annual gross remuneration that could reach € 120 000, as well as meal vouchers and an annual bonus.
