We support our client’s search for their next talent as Paralegal to join their reliable team based in their spacious office in Troisvierges, ideal for those seeking to get closer to their place by avoiding dense road traffic every day.

This fiduciary has a wide range of services such as accountancy, payroll, and tax to their clientele, mainly commercial companies and physical persons.

You will be integrated into an existing team with almost 60 collaborators who never hesitate to give an internal hand if needed.

Your Responsibilities | Paralegal – Legal – Fiduciary – Commercial Companies

As a paralegal, you will prepare board meetings, general assemblies, and related minutes.
You will work closely with the existing team and assist them with their legal document preparation and bank account openings.
Additionally, you will be in charge of the good maintenance of trade registers by publishing annual accounts and fillings towards RCE/RBE registers.

Profile and Career Path | Paralegal – Legal – Fiduciary – Commercial Companies

You have at least one year of experience within a Luxembourgish fiduciary, allowing you good exposure to the country’s Corporate Law.
You have an excellent command of French and German to guarantee good internal and external communication with future colleagues and clients.
You describe yourself as highly motivated and with excellent team player capacities. If this is the case, you are probably the candidate we seek.

Offer | Paralegal – Legal – Fiduciary – Commercial Companies

This fiduciary is willing to offer an annual gross remuneration that could reach € 52 000 with an additional month of salary for this position. Completed also with a discretionary bonus and meal vouchers.
