Senior Corporate Officer – Healthy Company Culture, Part-time Possible
Our partner is a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) that is currently seeking to grow its team by a Senior Corporate Officer as the structure wants to keep a comfortable workload for its current employees.
You will be part of an organization made up of about 30 people who intervene in different services offered to the clients, such as Accountancy, Tax, Compliance and Corporate services. The core of the client base of our partner is mainly financial, characterized by engaging transaction and files, including Holdings, Securitization Vehicles, PE/RE and AIF.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Senior Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal - Holding
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will handle the daily legal administration of your portfolio of clients (primarily holdings) from the constitution to the liquidation.
You will take care of the organization of board packs and agendas within the scope of the preparation of board meetings and general meetings. Then, you will be asked to draft minutes of those meetings.
You will ensure quality-oriented client contacts by maintaining a genuine relationship with them and advising them on their files and answering queries.
In your responsibilities, you will have to manage RCS and RBE fillings and be responsible for contacts with external stakeholders such as lawyers, notaries, administrations.

You have acquired at least four years of experience as Corporate Officer in a comparable structure in Luxembourg (PFS, Fiduciary, ManCo or AIFM).
A previous experience and exposure to Alternative Investment Funds is considered as a great asset in your application.
You are proficient in Italian, French and English, guaranteeing an excellent integration within the existing team.
We are looking for someone that will know how to stay organized in the daily missions and be happy to share knowledge with colleagues.
