We are delighted to introduce an amazing opportunity within a human-sized Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) that is actively seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join its dedicated team. Your Responsibilities |Law – Corporate Governance – Legal – Finance – In-house

You will be responsible for the corporate governance of AIFs and SPVs in Private Equity.
You will draft various documents such as agreements, resolutions, and contracts.
Organizing and participating in board meetings will be part of your daily tasks.
You will manage capital increases and handle filings with the RCS/RBE.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Corporate Governance – Legal – Finance – In-house

You have at least 3 years of experience within a similar environment(PFS, Fiduciary, AIFM, Management Company) as a Corporate Officer, which will help you feel comfortable in your new position.
To ensure good internal and external communication, you are fluent in English. Proficiency in German is a considerable asset.
You consider yourself proactive and able to work autonomously, which will help you be efficient in your work.
To ensure good adaptation to the different contracts you will draft (based on templates), having a legal background is considered an asset.
