Since their activities are growing, this boutique ManCo is looking for their future Senior Fund Corporate Officer to complete their talented team of 10 collaborators. Thanks to your acquired knowledge and previous experiences, you will have the opportunity to grow in your technical knowledge and take on managerial tasks. Your Responsibilities | Fund Corporate Officer – Asset Manager – Corporate – Investment Funds
You will manage your portfolio of investment funds, both regulated and unregulated, from the constitution to the liquidation.
You will prepare, organize and attend board and shareholders meetings and be requested to prepare related minutes and resolutions. You will also handle the necessary filings.
Your experience allows you to coach and supervise a junior corporate officer with whom you will work closely.
You will also be named point of contact with internal and external stakeholders such as lawyers, notaries and relevant administrations.
Profile and Career Path | Fund Corporate Officer – Asset Manager – Corporate – Investment Funds
We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in the corporate-legal field within a Management Company or financial service providers (PFS, Fiduciary) in Luxembourg.
You should be fluent in English for this position, any other languages are welcomed but not mandatory.
You have good knowledge and a thorough understanding of the Luxembourgish fund industry thanks to your previous experiences. You are also experienced with ideally regulated and unregulated funds.
You are looking for a long-term collaboration and to be integrated with interesting clients and investors, allowing you to further deepen your expertise.

Depending on your profile and previous experiences, our partner is willing to offer an annual gross remuneration that could reach 85 000 € as well as a bonus to reward your performance.
