It is a pleasure to introduce a new opportunity for the position of Senior Corporate Officer within a fiduciary located in the city center of Luxembourg. They are present in numerous countries all around the world and offer various services such as accountancy, taxation, domiciliation, compliance, audit, and corporate services. Their clients include commercial companies, SOPARFIs, Holdings, Funds, and SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate Secretary – Fiduciary - Finance

You will be managing a portfolio of SOPARFIs and Holdings from their constitution to their dissolution.
You will organize and manage board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
You will ensure liaison with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries.
You will maintain direct contact with your clients.
Drafting various documents, such as minutes, agreements, and contracts, will be part of your daily tasks.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Corporate Secretary – Fiduciary - Finance

You have at least 3 years of experience in the corporate industry within a fiduciary, a PFS, or an Asset Management company in Luxembourg. This experience will help you feel comfortable in your new position.
To communicate efficiently with your colleagues and clients, you are fluent in German. Any other language is considered an asset.
To be efficient, you consider yourself proactive and can work autonomously. Of course, management is always available if necessary.

Offer | Legal – Corporate Secretary – Fiduciary - Finance

You will have the opportunity to benefit from a salary of up to €68,000 gross per year, along with a bonus. This will allow you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
To reduce your expenses during lunchtime, meal vouchers worth €15 each will be provided.
