Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary
In the day-to-day administration of your portfolio, you will have the opportunity to assist companies from the constitution to liquidation : publication of the annual accounts, change of the name, change of seat and so on.
You will have to liaise with international and local clients that will constitute your portfolio (SOPARFI, Holding, SPV, PE/RE).
You will be in charge of preparing the board and shareholder meetings and attending. Then, you will have to draft minutes related to those assemblies.
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be appointed as point of contact with third parties such as Luxembourgish administrations, banks or notaries.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary
You have at least 4 years of experience within a related structure in Luxembourg such as a PFS, Fiduciary or investment company and this within a comparable position.
You have a full professional efficiency in English, both in speaking and writing. However, knowledge of the French language will be considered as an advantage.
You are enthusiastic to be part of an international company that is part of a well known group and network.
You are autonomous in handling a client portfolio and eager to develop relationships with new clients.
