Your Responsibilities | Legal – Corporate – Senior Officer – PFS – AIF – PE - RE

You are in charge of the administration of a portfolio of entities from their constitution to their liquidation and mainly for PE/RE transactions. This includes legal and corporate proceedings such as general assemblies and meetings, annual accounts validations, status changes and registrations to the RCS & RBE, etc.
You will convene board and shareholder meetings, draft the cascading documentation and may be asked to participate.
You will also review deliverables and the initiatives of the more junior members of the team. This is under the supervision of your department's Manager.
You represent the company in front of your clients and serve as the first point of contact. In that context, you will coordinate interactions between your clients and their representatives (Lawyers & banks) internal teams (e.g.: Accounting and Compliance) and third parties (auditors, regulators, etc.).

You have collected over three years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg. Experience within a PFS, Fiduciary a ManCo are relevant.
You have had experience working with regulated Investment Vehicles in the jurisdiction of Luxembourg.
You are comfortable working in international settings and your mastery of Englishis great all around (written and spoken English). German mastery is of great added value, any other language represents an advantage.
You are meticulous, thorough, and looking to join a diverse team of professionals to advance your career.

In accordance with your background, experience and technical skills you might be entitled to a salary of up to 63 000€ gross on an annual basis.
