Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Funds – Real Estate – Corporate – Legal
You will be in charge of the corporate governance of regulated Real Estate Funds.
The organization of, and attendance to, board meetings will fall under your tasks. You will also draft the minutes, which is why a very good level of English is mandatory. You also liaise with third parties, service providers, investors and so on.
You work closely with the manager of the team as well as another junior.

For this position, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer who has acquired at least 5 years ofexperience in Luxembourg in the corporate/legal field. You have acquired this experience ideally inhouse (asset manager, AIFM…) but experience in a service provider can also be taken into account.
You have vast experience with regulated investment funds and you are 100% autonomous in handling their corporate lifecycle.
Having obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law is a really strong asset, but not a must.
You should have a very good command of English (written and oral) allowing you to excel in an international workplace. Knowledge of French or German will be a very strong asset.
