We are looking for a Corporate Officer with initial experience in Luxembourg to join a rapidly expanding legal team of around ten people in a Luxembourg-based fiduciary firm. Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – SPV - HoldCo
You manage the daily administration of a portfolio of entities, primarily SOPARFIs, holding companies, and PE/RE funds from the constitution to liquidation..
You facilitate changes to the RBE, changes of management, changes of registered office changes, and publications to the RCS.
You draft legal deeds pertaining to your client's day-to-day operations, including shareholder resolutions, board minutes, etc.
You will liaise operations between clients, internal teams, appropriate authorities, banks, notaries, and attorneys.
Depending on your level of experience, you will review your junior colleagues' deliverables.

You have at least four years of successful experience working for a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo, or Big Four in Luxembourg in a position that is comparable.
You are fluent in English. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential. Language proficiency is advantageous and is considered an asset in any other language.
Thanks to your prior experience, you are familiar with vehicles such as SPVs and/or SOPARFI-HoldCos.
You have ideally been exposed to working with Investment Funds.

A close-knit team within a stable fiduciary firmly established in the Grand Duchy, enabling you to develop your skills and increase your responsibilities.
Parking is available if you prefer to use your own car.
A location ideally served by bus and tram if you prefer to use public transport.
A yearly salary of up to remuneration of up to €65,000 gross per annum,
A discretionary bonus that could easily amount to a 13th month
18 Meal vouchers worth €10.80 each, every month,
3 additional days paid holiday (29 days in total), which will increase with seniority.
