We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Fund Corporate Officer for our long-term partner, a small AIFM represented by open-minded and dynamic employees, based in Luxembourg-city.

Furthermore, in terms of services, they assist a client base of alternative investment funds in all of their needs including corporate governance, accounting and tax. As a Senior Corporate Officer, your files will have a certain complexity as well, which is of course highly interesting for your development.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Corporate Officer – AIFM – Funds – Legal - Corporate

You handle the daily corporate life of your clients from the introduction to the liquidation, these clients being Alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
You are in charge of preparing board meetings and shareholder meetings, as well as drafting minutes.
You are also responsible for publishing the annual accounts as well as other corporate modifications such as change of seat, company name, articles of association and so on.
You are in regular communication with your clients and are the key point of contact in case they have any questions or concerns.
Depending on your experience, you will review the work handled by junior corporate officers and report to your manager.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Corporate Officer – AIFM – Funds – Legal - Corporate

Thanks to your experience (in a fiduciary, PFS or ManCo) of minimum 3 years as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, in a PFS or Investment company, you are able to handle your portfolio with a great level of autonomy.
Fluency in English is required. It is not necessary to speak any other language, although knowledge of German or French will certainly be considered a plus.
A Bachelor degree in Law or any other training certifications in the legal field will be a strong advantage in your application.
You have acquired experience on investment fund clients and have a good understanding of the investment fund industry in Luxembourg.

A salary of up to 75 000 € per year, depending on your skill set and level of experience which will evolve as you grow in the AIFM.
