Our partner is a human-sized Family Office looking to strengthen its team with a Senior Legal Manager, eager to create his/her own legal department.
Indeed, as the Family Office currently collaborates with external providers for its legal services, and as it has reached a sufficient enough work load to handle it internally, it aims to put in place its own department.
You will join a team of experienced accountants as well as a tax manager in this Family Office composed of less than 10 people, who value a healthy and dynamic work atmosphere at all times.
Lastly, you will benefit from flexible working hours as well as offices ideally located in Gasperich. As a result, you will spend less time on the road or in public transportation and have more time to yourself.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Family Office - Corporate
As the objective is to internalize the legal services handled by external service providers today, you will create your own legal department and implement efficient internal processes.
You handle the day-to-day administration of Soparfi from the incorporation to the liquidation. This also includes the preparation of board and shareholder meetings, drafting legal documentation and contracts.
You prepare and review legal documents in the context of restructuring as mergers, liquidations and acquisitions.
You are responsible for liaising with third parties such as notaries, banks, auditors, Luxembourg administrations and more.
Profile and Career Path | Legal – Family Office - Corporate
You are highly experienced and capable of creating your own legal department, which is why you have between 7 and 20 years of experience in a Family Office, Law Firm or PSF in Luxembourg.
You are motivated and ready for a real professional challenge, as this will be a real step up in your career.
You have a very good level in both French and English and also have strong interpersonal skills in both languages. We will not be able to give a favorable decision to your application if you do not feel comfortable in both languages.
You obtained a Master degree in Law but do not have the objective to pursue your career in a law firm.
