This PFS is a key player in Luxembourg and is known for the quality of its services on all levels (accounting, tax, corporate, compliance and so on). With over 150 employees, they have attracted some of the best talents in the financial and legal field in Luxembourg, which is felt and recognized by their clients because of the high satisfaction.
Their clients are composed mainly of PE/RE and Soparfi, Holdings and can be described as quite high level, which means that you will get to develop new skills and be in contact with really interesting companies.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Manager Corporate – Corporate – Legal – PSF - PFS

You are in charge of managing and supervising a team of corporate officers and are happy to share your knowledge and skills so they can improve their skill set and autonomy.
You are responsible for task allocation to your team members and reviewing their work.
You will still have the opportunity to manage a few clients yourself, for which you will take on directorship mandates and participate to board meetings.
You participate in the recruitment processes of corporate officers, of all levels of experience, to ensure that good talents are attracted to the company.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Manager Corporate – Corporate – Legal – PSF - PFS

In terms of experience, you have at least 7 years of experience as a corporate/legal officer in a financial service provider (PFS, fiduciary) or investment company.
Fluency in English is necessary as you will join an English speaking environment and will handle all communications with your clients and colleagues in this language.
You can show successful experience in managing and supervising a team.
You acquired your experience on a portfolio of PE/RE funds mainly.
Proactivity comes naturally to you, which makes it easy to identify strengths but also potential weaknesses, but most of all to maintain a high quality of service for the client.
