Our partner is one of the most reputable and well known service providers in the country, and has created a new position of Senior Manager Corporate as its growth is continuous. In this role, you will have a real say in how the department can develop itself and provide an even higher quality of service.
The company is represented today by over 200 people in total, but this number is of course spread over the accounting, tax, corporate and compliance departments. Furthermore, each team is composed of less than ten people so it remains quite human-sized and, as a Senior Manager, you will have a real proximity with the people of your team.
Even in this high level position, your work/life balance will still be preserved. Flexible working hours and regular homeworking days are the norm and this will stay in place permanently. For this reason, you will never have to worry about being able to combine your career with your family life.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Manager Corporate – Corporate – Legal – PFS - PSF

You are in charge of reviewing, coaching and supervising a team of corporate officers, ranging from junior to a manager level.
You are in direct contact with the clients and try to adapt the team’s approach to each client by offering other services and providing new business opportunities for the PFS.
You participate in the recruitment and annual evaluations of corporate officers of all levels.
The prestigious clients that you will assist are mainly Soparfi and holding companies, private equity and real estate.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Manager Corporate – Corporate – Legal – PFS - PSF

You currently already hold the title of Manager, Senior Manager or even Head Of Legal and have a successful experience in managing a team.
A very good level of English is required, any other language will be considered an asset especially French or German.
You have 7 years of experience or more within a service provider in Luxembourg (PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four) or in a Law Firm in the country.
Your open and easy going personality allows you to adopt a sales-oriented approach and as a result actively participate in the business development.

Full salary package that can reach €120.000 per annum, the possibility to have a leasing car, meal vouchers of €10.80, health insurance and an annual bonus that is well above the average.

Additional holidays making up a total of 29 days per year that will only increase with your seniority in the company. You also have the possibility to buy even more holidays if you want.
