Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – AIFM – AIF - Legal – Compliance – KYC - KYT - AML

You will be in charge of overseeing the smooth daily operations of the AIFM's investor transactions, as part of the Transfer Agency team, these responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Mitigating risks faced by investors and upholding AML/CFT due diligence.
Facilitating regulatory reporting for internal purposes for the AIFM and the AIFs under its management (FATCA/CRS).
Liaising with the registrar, as the first point of contact for investors, to make sure that dividend payments and other transactions are on schedule.
Providing support in terms cash monitoring process, including conveying capital calls, notifications, contract notes, etc..
Leading the deployment of a new KYC information management system to ensure effective and lawful operations.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – AIFM – AIF - Legal – Compliance – KYC - KYT - AML

You've worked as a transfer agent in Luxembourg for at least two years, ideally in an AIFM or PFS.
You possess fluency in both spoken and written English. Any additional language will be an asset.
You now have a thorough understanding of the operations of a TA department and want to expand your knowledge through exposure to Compliance matters.

Your annual income might approach €60,000 depending on your experience and background. In addition, you will receive 18 meal tickets each month at a cost of 10.80€ each; a significant Bonus may also be offered based on your performance and the performance of the company.
