Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Finance – Lawyer – Law firm – Laws – Regulatory
You will handle acquisitions, mergers, and restructurings.
Managing direct contact with your clients will be part of your daily tasks.
You will be responsible for ensuring legal monitoring to stay informed about any market changes.
You will guide and support junior collaborators.
You will act as an advisor to your clients.
You will draft and review juridical documents such as agreements, contracts or resolutions.

You have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate M&A lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, which will allow you to feel comfortable in your new environment.
You are fluent in English, ensuring effective communication with both clients and third parties.
A strong background in mergers and acquisitions is essential for efficiency in your role.
You possess strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with your clients and collaborators.

You will earn a salary of up to €150,000 gross per year, allowing you to maintain a high standard of living.
