As part of our collaboration with a law firm in Luxembourg, that cares about the family oriented atmosphere, we are looking for an Associate Corporate Lawyer who wishes to work within an international structure.
The firm was established almost ten years ago and currently employs 30 people in Luxembourg, and has many offices abroad, allowing them to have a worldwide presence.
You will have the opportunity to join a team of 10 employees consisting of colleagues from the Corporate and Banking department. Although you will be joining an international structure, you will have the real feeling of working in a law firm that values each of its team members, and where you will be able to develop your technical knowledge and have the possibility to move up to a senior position.
To organize your professional and personal schedule the best way possible, you will have the possibility to work from home, on a regular basis.
Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate Lawyer – Law Firm – Corporate
You will work on a portfolio of corporate clients, both local and international.
You must keep abreast of new legislatives changes.
You will follow up on client requests via physical meetings or conference calls with clients and offer them complete advice in order to respect the high standards of the law firm.
You will have to draft and file the conclusions.

You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
You have a good level in English and French. If you speak Luxembourgish or German it will be a real advantage.
You are ambitious and have the desire to develop both technically and in the hierarchy.
You are independent in handling your tasks.
