Your Responsibilities | Payroll / Payroll Officer / Gestionnaire de paie / Salaires
You are responsible for handling the payroll process of a varied client portfolio from A to Z : your clients include financial institutions (banking, insurance), commercial companies and large international companies in different industries.
You are the key point of contact for your clients and advise them correctly. To do so, you have acquired a good knowledge of the Luxembourgish labor law.
Depending on your previous experience, you will have the opportunity to supervise a small team.
Knowledge of Apsal would be considered an advantage.

You have 2 years of experience or more as Payroll officer in a fiduciary or Big Four in Luxembourg.
You have had the opportunity to work autonomously from A to Z on your own client portfolio.
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English, both verbally and in writing.
You are ambitious and wish to be part of a structure that will offer lots of career prospects and continuous trainings.

EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE : You can count on an interesting salary up to € 3.800 gross per month and lots of benefits such as meal vouchers, a bonus, paid overtime, gift vouchers and more.
WORK/LIFE-BALANCE : 29 holidays per year with the possibility to have 33 days off in total over time. Of course, this will give you plenty of free time to spend with family and friends. Furthermore, you will have regular homeworking days.
GREAT LOCATION : As this fiduciary is located South of Luxembourg city, this location is ideal for French or Belgian cross-border workers wanting to avoid traffic jams. This structure also offers you a parking spot. If you wish to take public transport, this fiduciary is easily accessible by bus or train. The train station is very close and there is a bus stop right in front of the fiduciary.
